BNN5 Terms and Conditions

1Agreement and Acceptance

By registering an account on BNN5, accessing the platform, or using any service offered at bnn5.onl, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement is between you (the player) and BNN5 as the platform operator.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all activities on BNN5 — including sports betting, live casino games, fish games, slots, bonus claims, deposits, withdrawals and all account management actions. They apply whether you access BNN5 via a web browser on desktop or mobile, or via the BNN5 dedicated app on Android or iOS.

BNN5 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, registered players will be notified through the platform or via their registered contact details. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

2Eligibility

To register and use BNN5, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. BNN5 does not permit access to players under this age under any circumstances.
• You must be registering on your own behalf and not acting for or on behalf of another person.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion arrangement with BNN5 or be under a previously imposed account ban.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
• You acknowledge that gaming involves real-money risk and you are participating voluntarily with funds you can afford to use for this purpose.

3Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one BNN5 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, phone number, device or payment method — is a violation of these terms and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your real name, valid contact details and a date of birth that accurately reflects your age. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. BNN5 is not liable for issues arising from outdated or incorrect account information.

• Account registration is free. BNN5 does not charge fees for creating or maintaining an account.
• You must create a secure password and keep it confidential. BNN5 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) from account settings.
• Your account is personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer or give access to your BNN5 account to any other person.
• BNN5 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its discretion without providing a reason.

4Deposits and Payments

All funds on BNN5 are held and displayed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). BNN5 accepts deposits via the following methods:

• JazzCash mobile account
• Easypaisa mobile account
• Raast instant payment
• Bank transfer
• Debit and credit cards (where supported)
• Mobile wallets

Deposits are credited to your BNN5 wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times may vary slightly depending on your chosen method and network conditions. BNN5 does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• You may only deposit using payment methods registered and verified to your own name. Depositing with third-party accounts or payment methods belonging to another person is prohibited.
• Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed — contact support immediately if you believe a deposit was made incorrectly.
• BNN5 may apply deposit limits to your account based on your account status or verification level. Daily, weekly and monthly limits may apply.

5Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available BNN5 balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever possible.

• A minimum withdrawal amount applies. The current minimum is displayed in your wallet section.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. BNN5 may request supporting documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time or large withdrawals.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balances and fully wagered bonus winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24–72 hours. VIP players at Platinum tier and above receive priority processing.
• BNN5 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, bonus abuse or a breach of these terms.

6Bonuses and Promotions

BNN5 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits and minimum deposit requirements — which are displayed alongside the offer when it is presented.

• Wagering requirements must be completed in full before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each offer is stated clearly in the promotion details.
• Bonuses are issued to one account per person, household, IP address and device. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through multiple accounts is a breach of these terms.
• BNN5 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus from an account if it was claimed in error, through technical fault, or if the terms of the offer were not met.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit offers are available to new accounts only and cannot be claimed retrospectively.
• BNN5 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

7Sports Betting Rules

BNN5 offers pre-match and live in-play betting on cricket, including Pakistan Super League (PSL), international T20 and other major series, as well as football, esports and other sports. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled or amended after it has been accepted by the system.
• BNN5 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a technical error resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.
• For cricket, if a match is abandoned before a result is determined, bets will be settled according to the specific match or tournament rules applicable at the time of the bet.
• Live betting odds update in real time. The odds displayed at the moment of bet placement are the odds at which the bet is accepted. Delays in network transmission do not affect the accepted odds.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market. These limits are visible when placing a bet and may vary by sport, event and account tier.
• Winnings from successful bets are credited to your BNN5 wallet automatically upon event settlement.

BNN5 takes reasonable measures to ensure fair betting markets. Bets placed based on insider knowledge of outcomes, or as part of any coordinated manipulation scheme, will be voided and the account suspended.

8Casino and Games

BNN5 offers live casino games (including Baccarat, Teen Patti, Blackjack, Roulette), fish shooting games, slots and other casino-style games. All games operate using a certified random number generator (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, real physical equipment operated by trained dealers.

• Game results are determined independently of BNN5. Disputes about individual game outcomes should be raised with player support with the relevant game round ID included.
• Playing strategies, systems or methods do not alter the underlying probabilities of any game. BNN5 does not endorse any strategy as a guaranteed method of winning.
• Any technical malfunction during a game session that results in an incorrect outcome will be investigated. BNN5 will not honour payouts resulting from a confirmed technical error.
• Fish game tables are multiplayer. The presence of other players at your table is real. Coordinated play between players to exploit the game mechanics is prohibited.

9Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your BNN5 account. This includes keeping your login credentials confidential, not sharing your password with anyone, and not allowing others to access your account.

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account settings for an additional layer of protection.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact BNN5 support immediately. Players should also change their password without delay.
• BNN5 will not be held liable for losses or actions resulting from account access granted or facilitated by the account holder, whether intentionally or through negligence.
• Biometric login (fingerprint or Face ID) on the BNN5 app is the account holder's responsibility to configure and protect.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on BNN5 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other non-human means to interact with the platform
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or glitches to gain an unfair advantage
• Match fixing, spot fixing or any form of corruption in sports events on which bets are placed
• Money laundering or any use of BNN5 for financial crimes
• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Fraudulent chargebacks or deposit reversals after gaming activity has occurred
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or fish game tables
• Providing false identity or age information during registration or verification

11Responsible Gaming

BNN5 is committed to providing gaming tools that help players stay in control. The following tools are available to all account holders and can be configured from the Responsible Gaming section of your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can deposit. Once set, limits cannot be increased immediately — a review period applies.
• Session time reminders: Set alerts that notify you after a set period of play within a single session.
• Self-exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your BNN5 account from gaming activity. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and apply across the entire platform.

12Account Suspension and Closure

BNN5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close an account at any time if there are grounds to believe these Terms and Conditions have been breached, or if required to do so for security or compliance reasons.

• Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support.
• If an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation.
• If a player's account is suspended pending verification and the required documents are not provided within a reasonable timeframe, BNN5 may proceed to close the account.
• Players who have been self-excluded will not be permitted to reopen their account during the exclusion period.

13Limitation of Liability

BNN5 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While reasonable efforts are made to ensure continuous operation, BNN5 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses arising from:

• Temporary platform downtime, maintenance or technical failures beyond BNN5's control
• Delays or errors in third-party payment processing
• Internet connectivity issues on the player's end
• Actions taken by the player that breach these terms
• Losses arising from participation in any game or bet where the player was aware of the risk

BNN5's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform is limited to the amount actually deposited by that player within the relevant period.

14Amendments to These Terms

BNN5 may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. The most current version is always available at bnn5.onl/terms-conditions and shows the date of the most recent revision at the top of the page.

For material changes that significantly affect player rights or obligations, BNN5 will provide advance notice through the platform or via registered contact details. Continued use of BNN5 after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

If you disagree with any updated terms, you should stop using BNN5 and request account closure through player support before the changes take effect.
